In accordance with Florida state law, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) must provide homeowners with 48-hours' advance notice of meetings prior to making any decisions. While this may slow down the approval process, we are legally obligated to comply. We will, however, strive to accommodate everyone's requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Therefore, we would like to announce that the ARC Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, at 6:30 PM via Zoom to discuss all pending ARC requests. (As of yesterday, we had four.)

Furthermore, the ARC Committee currently consists of only two homeowners. We highly value community participation and would be delighted to welcome any interested residents to the committee.
