The Social Committee is hosting a Chili Cook Off Sunday February 16th beginning at 2pm. We are in need of our Neighborhood Chefs and Taste Testers to come out if you wish to participate in that way and for all others make sure to go and enjoy some FREE Chili!

In accordance with Florida state law, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) must provide homeowners with 48-hours' advance notice of meetings prior to making any decisions. While this may slow down the approval process, we are legally obligated to comply. We will, however, strive to accommodate everyone's requests as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Therefore, we would like to announce that the ARC Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, at 6:30 PM via Zoom to discuss all pending ARC requests. (As of yesterday, we had four.)

Furthermore, the ARC Committee currently consists of only two homeowners. We highly value community participation and would be delighted to welcome any interested residents to the committee.

The Tilted Grinch is coming to our Town! Stop on by Saturday, December 21st by the neighborhood school path/picnic area located on NW 229th ST and NW 196th Rd, starting at 2pm and meet The Tilted Grinch!

Parents can take pictures with their smart phone as The Tilted Grinch meets your little ones and hands out little gifts.

HSCS welcomes students back for 2023-2024 school year and we will be out with a Back to School picture frame and props for a great first day of school picture! We are working on getting a desert truck or vendor to come out for afterschool and more information will be provided as the date approaches.
